So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

How Do I Use This Book?
When first learning to coach, many people sigh and say, “I don't have any idea what questions to ask—where do I start!?!” Don't worry—that's what the remainder of this book is for.
The following two chapters contain multiple sections with nothing but questions and tools to use when coaching.
- Chapter 6 contains specific sections of typical issues around which people often want coaching, such as, “How do I handle interpersonal problems?”, “How do I handle conflicting priorities?”, and “How do I handle a time-management issue?”
- Chapter 7 contains questions for you to ask as you work your way through any coaching situation by using the W.I.N. B.I.G. coaching model.
