Describing Object, Situation and People
INTRODUCTION
In describing a person, place, object or even a process, it is necessary to give a clear, brief, impersonal picture of a process, object or a person to a listener/reader. The listener/reader might be physically present in front of you or might be listening to you over the phone or through video conference or he/she can be reading what you wrote. This exercise is meant to make you aware of various steps, methodologies and nuances adapted in this task.
