All kinds of accessories are available that can make a photojournalist’s job easier. You don’t have to go overboard or accessorize to the extreme and spend lots of money doing it. That’s why I’ve compiled some of my favorite gear accessory odds and ends.
Use your night vision
A specialty item called the AstroScope night vision adapter sits between the camera body and the lens, allowing you to shoot in extremely low-light situations. Basically it transforms moonlit or starlit scenes into bright, high-resolution full-frame images that are more easily photographed.
