I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As is apparent everywhere, organizations have started utilizing India for lowering engineering costs. We’ve done the same thing and would like to spend a few paragraphs discussing lessons learned in our experience together with our team in India. We have a very healthy experience now, but it took going through tough times to get where we are today. We hope sharing our experience will provide the information we wish we had before starting out.
