The Sawfish Window Manager

Sawfish (formerly Sawmill, sawmill.sourceforge.net) is a GNOME-compliant extensible window manager. All its high-level functions are written in LISP so that they can be extended or redefined, and the user interface policy is controlled through a LISP scripting language. Sawfish gives you control over window decoration, key bindings in many contexts when the input focus changes, window placement, workspaces, and more. Sawfish gives you intuitive window management that is easy to work with. Refer to “Customizing Sawfish: The Sawfish Configurator” on page 258 for information on changing the way Sawfish looks and works.
