I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A comprehensive project schedule, done properly, is the basic tool for EVMS. It helps determine activity and total project duration, shows the sequence of work, identifies task and resource dependencies, provides the ability to measure progress, and shows time periods when funding is required.
Criteria 6, 7, and 8 deal with project schedules. Criterion 6 requires a sequencing of work that identifies task interdependencies, while Criterion 7 requires schedule indicators for measuring progress. Criterion 8 mandates a time-phased budget baseline, which introduces the criteria ...
