Taking Responsibility to Not Take Responsibility
Delight at having understood a very abstract and obscure system leads most people to believe in the truth of what it demonstrates.
As a facilitator of dialogue, your responsibility is to get group members to take responsibility for themselves and their choices about how they talk to each other. It is not your direct responsibility to get them to tell the truth. Nor is it your direct responsibility to get them to see their judgments or to examine their assumptions.
