How SOFAIR Is Deployed in an Organization

Now we are ready to teach you how to use SOFAIR and how to begin to lead your organization to social responsibility performance improvement. The following sections will explain each phase of a SOFAIR project in detail. We will highlight and demonstrate some powerful tools and techniques for each phase. This is not an exhaustive list of tools. There are many more tools we could have included in this book. However, we wanted to focus on the intent of each phase.
