So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

2.1 Document Workflow
The appropriate amount of management and documentation for a project depends on many factors, including the project’s size, duration, budget, complexity, and risk. The project assessment form in Appendix 2 can be used to help evaluate these factors and determine the level of project management needed for a particular initiative.
