Chapter 37. Knowing How to Deal
As the stories in the previous chapters have illustrated, it can be difficult to figure out what to do when dealing with a bad boss, and there are several possible alternatives in any given situation. You have to take many factors into consideration, and an optimal solution isn’t always possible; rather, you have to pick the most reasonable alternative at the time. To help you decide, factor in your own personality, that of your boss, and how you interact together. The best solution for you may be different from what it might be for someone else with the same boss, or for someone facing a similar situation but in a different workplace.
