The Hard Facts: What Do Leaders Really Think?

As was mentioned in the Introduction, the following has been based on interviews with 100 leaders from hospitality businesses all across the world. Much of the following book is designed to be provocative and ask questions, so naturally will contain strong opinions. However, what do leaders really think about some of the key issues already outlined? Of the 100 interviewed, what were the overall conclusions that the majority believed in?
