Attracting the Best Talent: Nurturing of the Young

If any Industry wants to have strong leaders, then it does need to be able to attract the best talent and nurture it effectively. In the field of hospitality, this has always been a major area of debate, as the industry is a relatively unique mix of major skills sets that include a need for strong business acumen, the ability to lead teams that are multi-disciplined, and include the creative and craft based, being able to socialize with both Heads of State and the average man on the street, and finally, the ability, to create safe havens for guests to have an experience of one level or another.
