Pursuing Significance After Success

Introduction

In the passage below Peter Drucker asks Rick Warren his age, and suggests that his priorities may change as he ages. Rick was fifty years old at the time. Drucker offers two different scenarios for how Warren might proceed: he could continue doing what he knows how to do extremely well or attempt to make another significant and innovative contribution to society.
