So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Internet Programming Considerations
Once you understand Internet-related terminology, you'll have little trouble understanding the technology required to program Internet applications. It's impossible to understand Internet-based programming if you do not have a grasp of the hardware and software technology related to Internet communications.

Keep in mind that the Internet is a network of networks. Think of it as an interconnected network. The first requirement of any Internet communication is to locate the computer for which a message is intended.
