Using Tables for Layout

Although you could use all the tools described so far to create tables for page layout, FrontPage goes a few steps further to add features that make that task even easier. In fact, two entire task panes are devoted to nothing but setting table- and cell- layout properties.

To begin, choose Layout Tables and Cells from the Tables menu. The Layout Tables and Cells task pane opens; you can toggle between the table options and the cell options by clicking the Cell Formatting link at the top of the Layout Tables and Cells pane, and the Table Layout link on the Cell Formatting pane.
