Using Distribution Lists
Distribution lists are used to send e-mails to groups of people. Distribution lists can be created and used over and over again, eliminating the need to repeatedly select the same group of people when composing or forwarding messages. Distribution lists are stored in Contacts folders and can be selected for use in most places where you can use a contact.
Creating a Distribution List
To create a distribution list, follow these steps:
1. | Select Actions, New Distribution List to open a new distribution list form, as shown in Figure 6.19.
