Using Advanced Find
Find is great when you want to search for text in Outlook items, but it doesn't do the job if you want to search for items with certain values in specific fields or need to create more complex searches. If you need to create a complex search, use the Advanced Find dialog. An example of a complex search would be a search for all e-mail messages that were received this month that have attachments and have a High importance.
To open the Advanced Find dialog, select Tools, Find, Advanced Find.
