Identifying the Types of Views
Outlook views organize your data in different ways. You have already become familiar with these types of views without even knowing it, just by opening various Outlook folders:
Table— Views in E-mail and Tasks folders
Card— Views of Contacts folders
Timeline— Views of Journal folders
Icon— Views of Notes folders
Day/Week/Month— Views in Calendar folders
