Copying and Distributing Views
The best way to make a view available in other folders is to make it available to all similar folders when the view is created, as you learned in the preceding section. If you didn't do this when you created the view, you must copy all the views from the source folder to the target folder to make the view available, or you can copy the view to a new view and apply that view to all similar folders.
To copy all the views in a folder to another folder if you are using an Exchange mailbox, select the folder where you want the view to be available. This folder is the target folder. Then select File, Folder, Copy Folder Design to open the Copy Design From dialog, as shown in Figure 14.25.
