Using WordPerfect's Existing Heading Styles

WordPerfect has a few predefined heading styles that you can use in your documents. If you're in a hurry, or you don't care to learn how to create your own heading styles, you can use WordPerfect's heading styles to format your text.

To apply one of WordPerfect's heading styles

1.	Select the text that you want to format.
2.	Click the Styles drop-down list on the property bar (see Figure 9.4). Figure 9.4. The fastest way to select a style is to choose one from the Styles list on the property bar. [View full size image]
3.	Click the style you want to use. WordPerfect applies the style to the text.
