20. Chatting with Skype

With the introduction of high-speed Internet in most places around the world, people now have a new way to communicate with each other. Instead of sending e-mail and waiting for a response, you can now communicate in real time using Skype .

Skype essentially gives you three ways to talk to other people:

  • Video and audio

  • Audio only

  • Texting
