An Assessment
A simple but profoundly important question is: do you need to be developing a fully functioning dual operating system now? Not next year or sometime in the future, but now?
In light of the stakes involved, have you crossed the line where traditional methods can no longer guarantee that you will be able to develop and implement new strategies and strategic initiatives in ways that are innovative, agile, and quick enough to stay up with or keep ahead of competitors?
