So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In the last chapter we discussed the importance of establishing a clearly defined career target. If you completed all of the suggested “next step” actions that were recommended at the end of the chapter, you should now have a better idea of the skill gaps you need to close in order to prepare for your next career move. In addition, if your selected career target lies within a very different organizational setting, you have probably discovered the gaps you will need to close to successfully adapt to this new work environment.
