Arranging the gigs

Most of the practical work should be carried out during meetings and rehearsals well before the actual gigs take place. If you're not in control of the whole environment of your shows then there is a certain amount of forward planning that needs to be done so that venues that will host the show are fully prepared for you before you arrive. There are myriad scenarios that you could be involved in, so I'll focus on some of the standard information that should be made available, if necessary, to the venue. If you're carrying a full stage and all of the equipment then you will probably only have to ensure that you have enough space and power to run it all.
