System Requirements

Make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements listed in this section. If your computer doesn't match up to most of these requirements, you may have a problem using the contents of the CD.

  • Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Windows 2000 or later. Microsoft Office 2007only works with these operating systems.

  • A PC with a fast processor running at 500 MHz or faster (800 MHz for Windows Vista).

  • At least 256MB of total RAM installed on your computer (512MB RAM for Windows Vista). For best performance, we recommend a minimum of 512MB for all versions of Windows.

  • 2GB of free disk space (for installation of Microsoft Office 2007).

  • A CD-ROM drive.

Using the CD

To install the items from the CD to your hard drive, follow these steps:

  1. Insert the CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive.

    A window appears displaying the License Agreement.

  2. Press Accept to continue.
