HEAVEN & HELL (FOR INDIVIDUAL)

 

This exercise was inspired by my friend and fellow Vistage International Chair John Younker, though he calls his version “A walk on the beach.”

 

On the horizontal line, create a timeline by listing years from past to present. Make the first year on the timeline the earliest pivotal milestone in your life.

Now think about times in your life (including your career) that were joyful, fulfilling and overwhelmingly positive. Mark those events above the line on the “Heaven” side.
