Wingate’s annual report
OK, before we do anything, I think we should have a quick look at Wingate’s most recent annual report and accounts (which is what we really mean by the phrase ‘annual report’). We are going to be referring to this a lot and I think you’ll find it helpful to get to know your way around it now. It will also give you an idea of what we’re trying to achieve. By the end of this weekend, you should not only understand everything in this annual report, you should also be able to analyse it in detail.
The other thing I should do is give you a brief outline of how I plan to structure the weekend in order to achieve that objective. After that, we might as well go straight into the first session.
