This case discusses management errors that could have contributed to this tragedy


A decision was made to write this case study since it is relevant to many of the topics discussed in this book and even brings in some new ones. It also has a personal significance to the author, in as much as a friend died in the crash and another luckily survived by taking an earlier flight.
