Carl Raymond (Ray) West is Executive Director and a founder of Interfaith Business Builders, Inc. (IBB) in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has 30 years of experience developing and managing social enterprises, especially community-based, employee-owned worker cooperatives. He holds a BA from St. Louis University.
