Anjalee Deshpande Hutchinson is a first-generation South Asian American who grew up spending time back stage when her parents acted, directed and ‘prompted’ for various Marathi plays during the 1970s and 1980s in Detroit, MI. Little did they know that the early exposure to theatre would influence almost all of her future career choices. (Surprise Aai and Baba!)
