Restructuring the Domain
The domain restructure migration path is most often chosen by organizations that want or need to change their Active Directory structure. To perform a domain restructure, you will first create the desired forest and domain structure and then migrate the existing Active Directory objects into this new structure. At the time of its creation, the new structure is also known as the pristine forest.
