As an alternative to performing the interforest migration process described in the preceding section, you can use interforest trusts, or forest trusts, from one Windows Server 2003 forest in order to access resources in another disjoined Windows Server 2003 forest.
One of the significant enhancements in Windows Server 2003 Active Directory over Windows 2000 Active Directory is the option to create trusts between Active Directory forests.
