Defining the Project
On a typical Web project, you need input from people doing many different jobs. The actual number of people and their functions varies. On this job, you're going to be everybody, but on a typical Web project, you need the following:
A designer to produce the interface, layout, and art design.
A writer to produce the copy.
A programmer if there's any dynamic content—and there almost always is these days, lucky you!
A producer to keep things together.
Again, that doesn't necessarily mean a minimum of four people, just four jobs. On a corporate project, you might also want to get some input from people in sales, marketing, and even finance.
