We have spent this book discussing the wonderful things you can do with PDF documents; however, most of the important official documents we all receive are printed on paper. Professionals are particularly wedded to paper: contracts, estimates, invoices, are most frequently distributed as paper documents. Until relatively recently, even Adobe insisted that some of their developer applications be printed, signed, and faxed back to them; PDF files weren’t accepted.
