Chapter 12. Secure Reviewing and Reporting

Many aspects of modern business require that the exchange of information is secured in some way, whether it’s a package the receptionist signs for on delivery or a briefcase cuffed to a courier’s wrist. PDF documents are no different.

Several chapters in the book have included review cycles and options as part of the project or as additional steps the project participants could take. This chapter focuses on collecting, collating, and exchanging information where each level of interaction is secured using digital signatures.

Rather than a standard review cycle initiated by Acrobat, you can use PDF Packages and a custom cover sheet to control the signing and routing processes.
