Chapter Eight. Touching Up and Modifying a PDF Document
It’s ten to five. Your client wants the draft of a proposal by end of business today. You have ten minutes, and the boss decides that an image should be replaced here and a title changed there. If your security settings allow changes, use that crucial last ten minutes to make those modifications and save the day. Why? Because you work in Acrobat.
Acrobat offers a number of touch-up tools you can use for making simple corrections. You can adjust text, images, and objects right in Acrobat. If you have a document scanned as an image, Acrobat can convert it to editable text. Use the Redaction tools to block out sensitive content, including metadata.
