2. Viewing a Document

Once you’ve launched Acrobat and have become familiar with its interface, you’re ready to navigate the pages of an open document. This chapter describes the tools in Acrobat X that you use to view a PDF document. We’ll look at some routine functions, such as all the ways to move from page to page and how to zoom in and out, as well as some of Acrobat’s more exotic capabilities, such as measuring the length and area of items on the page.
