Using Markers

Sometimes, I like to block my animation out so I have a plan. One way I do this is with markers. Markers are simply little flags on the timeline that can be reminders or bookmarks. They’re helpful for plotting out where you want animation to land, especially because the playhead can snap to a marker if you move it while holding shift.

• To set the first marker, make sure the playhead is at the beginning of the timeline.
• Click the Marker icon , which is at the far right of the timeline.
