In this chapter, you’ll analyze the Business Catalyst reporting section and learn how statistics and charts will appear after a site has launched and begun gathering customer data.
Your clients are more likely to log in and access the features in the Reports tab than any other area of the Admin Console. They can view the charts on the Summary page to see the overall site performance, and then use the report interface to drill down into the site’s database to check specific statistics.
