Photoshop is well known for its capability to create compositions and for its retouching capabilities. How you create these masterpieces is by perfecting the many tools that can be used to make selective changes. A professional photo-retoucher does not want to produce images that look contrived, unless that is the look they are going for. For instance, if they intend to create a humorous image, such as putting swapping heads, or putting someone in an unrealistic location.
