Fireworks gives you the power (and the tools) to create fully interactive, clickable HTML mockups. In Fireworks, it’s easy to create button rollovers and emulate pop-up windows.
As you work through this lesson, remember that Fireworks is an excellent graphics editor; however, it is not designed to be, nor should you expect it to be, an HTML web page editor.
In this lesson, you’ll learn how to do the following:
Create a multipage website mockup
Use the Slice tool to slice up graphics in a web page mockup
Use the Slice tool to create a rollover effect
Use the Hotspot tool to trigger a disjointed rollover (pop-up window)
