Chapter 11. Iterative Development
After planning the project’s development phase and after coordinating with the design team, your development team is ready to being construction. Development will most likely not take place in one large effort. In most medium to large projects, tasks are divided into iterations and milestones. Each iteration will consist of a set of features that when complete will make up a milestone. Because the development of rich applications in Flash is usually based on complex interactive designs, your development team will need to be in sync with the design team during each iteration.
