Live Corners

Another new feature in the January 2014 Illustrator CC update is the addition of Live Corners. The Live Corners feature makes it possible to reshape selected corner points in a path into either rounded, invert rounded, or chamfer shapes. With the Direct Selection tool selected, selected anchor points (in a single path or across multiple paths) will show a Live Corners widget that can be used to reshape the selected points (see the following figure).

There are a few methods for working with the Live Corners feature, like most other features, as you’ll see. Next, you’ll apply Live Corners to a path in your artwork.
