Chapter 12. Applying Appearance Attributes and Graphic Styles
You can alter the look of an object without changing its structure using appearance attributes—fills, strokes, effects, transparency, blending modes, or any combination of these object properties. You can edit or remove appearance attributes. You can also save them as Graphic styles and apply them to other objects. You can also edit an object that has a Graphic style applied to it, plus edit the Graphic style—an enormous time-saver!
