15. Combining Illustrator CS6 Graphics with other Adobe Applications
The project for this lesson has only changed slightly in one section when using the Adobe Illustrator CS6 (August 2012) update for Creative Cloud members. However, there have been several additions and enhancements to the Links panel as well as the addition of a Package command. To learn more about these features, you can include the following steps in Lesson 15.
In Lesson 15, in the section "Embedding a Photoshop image with Layer comps," follow the steps for embedding the file until you arrive at step 9 (page 433 in the print edition). To work with the link unembed feature, insert the following steps after step 9.
