Chapter 12. Stroke Styles
STROKE STYLES REMIND ME of the old Sesame Street song “One of These Things Is Not Like the Others” because they’re the least like any other style in InDesign. In a way, stroke styles are the “hidden” InDesign style. They can only be created through the Stroke Styles dialog, access to which is buried within the panel menu of the Stroke panel. The interface for creating stroke styles is somewhat unintuitive as well. Stroke styles have as much in common with presets as they do with most other InDesign styles, but they’re not presets, and they do hold up well when viewed in the context of what styles are.
