Like many others of my generation, I was seduced by photography the moment I saw an image magically appear on a blank piece of paper floating in a developing tray. In the many decades since, the practice of photography has been irrevocably connected with that emotional wave of discovery and possibility.
Though the age of digital has changed the process of capturing and outputting an image, the power of a photograph to reveal the world in a unique and different way has not.
