I vividly remember at age 13 seeing my Uncle Mike’s black-and-white photographs on the family kitchen table. It was as if a door opened for me. I announced that night to my family that I wanted to be a professional photographer when I grew up. This inspiration stayed with me through my graduation from the University of Missouri with a degree in Photojournalism. Once I moved into the realm of commercial photography I found my true passion. I live for assignments, but in between those projects I shoot my own concepts.
