The Blur Tool
The Blur tool is pretty straightforward. You can paint across any part of your image and blur everything that your cursor passes over. In the Blur tool options bar, you will find a Pressure setting that determines how much you will blur the image; higher settings blur the image more. This can be useful if there are little, itty-bitty areas of detail obstructing your image. I generally prefer to use the Gaussian Blur filter instead of this Blur tool because it does a better job of evenly blurring an area.
