If this is the first time you’ve used Photoshop Elements, let me tell you a little about what you can expect from this program. A few years ago, Adobe realized that a growing number of consumers were demanding professional-level photo-editing tools, but did not want or need many of the features in Photoshop, the industry standard for photo editing. As digital cameras have improved every year, so has the need for better tools to manipulate and output the resulting photographs. Photoshop Elements specifically addresses the needs of photographers, especially digital photographers.
